How do you write Mom in bubble letters?
- Use the mirror shape. MOM is symmetrical: M, O, M. Draw a light center line and sketch the O on it, then place one M on each side at the same distance. If the word looks lopsided, the two M's are probably not the same width.
- Draw the M with round humps. Each M has two humps on top and a dip in the middle. In bubble letters, make the humps fat and soft and the middle dip shallow, only going about a third of the way down.
- Make the O slightly narrower. M is a wide letter. If the O is as wide, the word gets very long. Keep the O a little narrower and let both M's overlap it slightly.
- Copy the first M for the second. Draw one M carefully, then trace its outline onto the other side, or use the generator and print. Two identical M's look neat; two different ones look like a mistake.
- Writing Mommy or Mother? For MOMMY, the double M in the middle gets crowded. Overlap the two M's, with the second tucked behind the first, and keep the Y the same height. For MOTHER, make the H and E narrower than the M.

Colors and decorations for Mom
Pastels fit MOM: pink, peach, lavender and mint, one per letter, or a pink fade on all three. Add a heart inside the O, small flowers between the letters or a crown over the O. For a bolder look, use her favorite color with a darker 3D shadow. Thin white highlights on the top of each M hump make the letters look shiny.
Mom in graffiti letters
The graffiti image uses 3D letters: tall, solid letters pushed back with a deep block. MOM is great for 3D because both M's have flat tops and wide bases that show the depth. Point the 3D block in one direction, usually down and right, for all three letters. The 3D graffiti letters guide shows how to draw the block step by step.
