We want you to be happy with Pro. If it is not right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase, for any reason (for the Project Pass, see below). Just email us through the contact page with your order number or the email address you used to buy.

Project Pass

The 7-day Project Pass is a one-time payment that gives you 7 days of Pro and never renews. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not used it for Pro downloads.

Yearly plans

You can cancel a Yearly plan at any time from the link in your receipt email, and it will not renew. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.

After a refund

Pro is switched off for your purchase and Pro features lock again. Commercial use is only covered for designs you made and used while your license was active and paid for.

Who processes refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your receipt and any refund come from Paddle. You can also look up your order and ask for help at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show them.
